Upload a certificate, notice or letter and the product works out what it is, pulls out the numbers and dates, and offers to update the client record — so an expiry date becomes a deadline without retyping.

Recognises South African paperwork
Tax clearance and compliance PINs, CIPC certificates, B-BBEE affidavits and certificates, CIDB and NHBRC certificates, COIDA letters of good standing, SARS notices and more.
Extracts what matters
Registration and reference numbers, grades, issue and expiry dates, shown next to the document with the OCR confidence score for you to review.
Matches the client
The extracted registration number or name is compared with your client list, and the document is filed against the match.
Apply to the client in one click
Review the proposed changes and apply them: the registration is created or updated, its expiry date set and the renewal scheduled. A document whose registration or tax number belongs to someone else, or that is older than the certificate on record, is filed but never applied.
Organised and searchable
Filter by client, document type, regulator or expiry; link a document to the obligation it supports; download or preview safely in the browser.

Only pages that need image recognition — scans and photos. Digital PDFs with a text layer do not use your monthly allowance.
Clean digital PDFs are read exactly. Scans depend on quality, which is why every extraction shows a confidence score and nothing changes a client record until you apply it — unless you switch on automatic updates in Settings.
On the application's own storage, scoped to your firm. Operators can additionally mirror every document to an off-site bucket.
