Core

The practice workspace every other module plugs into

Clients, the compliance calendar, obligations, tasks and reminders — included in every plan. Add a client once and the rest of the product works from that one record.

What it does

What every plan includes

Client records that drive everything

Entity type, year-end, VAT category, employees, contacts, registrations and notes. Import clients from CSV or add them one at a time; archive without losing history.

Compliance calendar

Month view of every obligation across the firm or just your own, filterable by regulator, client and owner — with an .ics feed for Outlook or Google Calendar.

Obligations with owners and status

Each filing has an assignee, a checklist, required documents, comments and a status from upcoming to submitted. Update many at once with bulk actions and export the list to CSV.

Tasks

A simple board for work that is not a statutory filing, linked to a client or an obligation, with due dates and assignees.

In-app and email reminders

Reminders run on a schedule you control in Settings, with editable message templates. Without an email server configured, messages are logged instead of sent.

Dashboard and insights

Overdue, due this week, expiring registrations, filing performance and workload by regulator — for the whole firm or for you.

How it works

Up and running in an afternoon

Create your workspace

Sign up, pick a plan and invite your team with the roles they need.

Add or import clients

Upload a CSV or capture them by hand. The profile decides which services are suggested.

Confirm services

Accept the recommended services for each client, or enable one service for many clients at once.

Work from the calendar

Everything due appears 13 months ahead and rolls forward on its own.

What is tracked

20 services across 1 body, straight from the live catalogue

This is the actual list inside the product, with the rule each due date is calculated from. It is maintained centrally, so when a rule changes every firm gets the update.
